Video will not play

I am unable to play back any old videos on the app or website. I get this message

Hi @Mike5959. I have a few question to ask to get a better understanding of what is happening. What OS is your phone on and what version of the Ring app are you using? Are you using a VPN? Does this happen on cellular data and wifi? In your phone settings, is location turned on and permissions enabled? Are you using any 3rd party cleaning apps? Thanks!
