I have spent 3 hours between yesterday and today speaking to Agents in Egypt !! the one today said she had spoken to Technical who said this is normal. Why can that be when it only started to be like this for the past few days, was perfectly clear for the whole run of the video. Can someone please help, I cannot go back on the telephone with them. I am 78 years old, this is very annoying.

Hi @user4701. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? The RSSI can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. If the video is fuzzy, it could be due to a poor RSSI. You can try rebooting your internet router to see if that will help clear up the image.

Hi @Kenmalcolmson2000. Can you please clarify which model of Ring Doorbell you have? The model name is listed on the original packaging, and on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Please also share an example of this fuzzy video you're experiencing.

I have the same problem with the beginning of EVERY video. For the first few seconds the video is not in high resolution and looks like it is showing a frame at a time. My RSSI is consistently in the -40's. I have a Doorbell Pro and Doorbell Gen 2, both doing the same thing.

If you download the video and view the "video" from your phones media player it won't be blurry. You can download the video by pressing the three dots at the bottom of the screen while watching the video from the Ring app

Hi neighbors. If your video quality is poor at any time during your recordings, try the following troubleshooting steps to help improve it: - [Reboot your Doorbell from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-). - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plug it back in. - Verify that your [Doorbell has a good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). We also have this Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) with other troubleshooting steps to try. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assistance.
