I just replaced an old Ring doorbell. When the motion detected the car backing into the driveway the video look good. When my wife was entering the house the video turned pink and it stayed like that all night long. ![vlcsnap-2023-07-20-16h48m08s175|690x388](upload://iaYpLQOK8IHhoVyXfLahB5nVX7m.jpeg) ![vlcsnap-2023-07-20-16h48m28s590|690x388](upload://xtuewKt3YlTml7TnkTlD8aLpx0z.jpeg)

Hi @Rob6913. Which model of Ring Video Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If you have a Video Doorbell Pro, this may be the [Color Night Vision](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038559351-Turning-Color-Night-Vision-On-or-Off-in-the-Ring-App). Otherwise, I'd recommend performing a quick [reboot](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) using the reboot option on the Device Health page. If that doesn't resolve this, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) to take a closer look.
