I have not been able to get any events on my doorbell since 2/20. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
Hi @nedra318. Does your Doorbell report as online or offline in the app? If the Doorbell is offline, you will need to reconnect it in order for it to work properly. Additionally, please make sure you have an active Ring Protect Plan in order to see your event history and view the events.
