Video recordings slow to load

Hello, over the past week I’ve noticed that when trying to view recordings it’s taking ages for it to start playing, usually it’s instantaneous. Thought this could be a problem with broadband but download speed over 100mbs, it’s also same on 4g and 5G and on different devices
I’ve spoke to friends that also have ring devices and they are having same problem.
Is there an issue with ring servers that not being reported to the community

Hi @JamieRA. What version of the Ring app are you using and what type of phone are you using the Ring app on? It is important to make sure the Ring app is up to date as well as your phones OS. Does this occur when you are on wifi, off wifi, or both? Try seeing if you can access footage via Ring.com to help narrow down what may be the cause of this.
