Video recording freezes - Elite cam via Ethernet


I have three Elite cams. The video recordings often freezes after a couple of seconds, and freezes a while before it plays as normal.

I have rebooted the cameras. What could the reason be and have can I solve this?

It worked as expected until a week or two ago.

Hi @Roffe. I would also recommend rebooting your router by powering it off for a few seconds and powering it back on to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call to further investigate this with you.
