Hi there, @laluna6! Your Ring Camera video quality is mostly dependent on wifi resources. Having an optimal signal strength with no interference, is a great start. Other factors worth considering are the type of router used, distance from router to Camera, and network resources such as speeds/ bandwidth. Optimizing these variables will result in the most improved video quality.
