Video Quality Very Poor

I have 7 cams and through out the years the video quality has been getting poor. I really think Ring has been degrading the video quality on their end and while I am at it removing Rapid Ring was a huge mistake. Stop shooting your self in the foot by making ring cam an expensive toy. Reolink is much better have a set up on my other property and they are great!

Hi @4b0316e0414f1337636a. Here at Ring, we do nothing to degrade the quality of your video. If you have concerns about your video quality, share some information about it and we'd be happy to assist. You can start with the RSSI of the device or what WiFi channel the device is connected to.

I have 7 ring cams at the beginning very good video quality now it’s terrible. My REOLINK cam puts ring to shame. As my ring cams fail I will replace with Reolink far superior and on the same network!!!
