i have poor quality video on both floodlight and doorbell3

afternoon and eve is like 720p and the rest of the time is like 360i

used to be good a few months ago wth

please fix asap

Hi @ringbling. Video quality concerns can typically be attributed to the wifi connection, but there are different troubleshooting steps we can try in order to improve the connection. First, check the RSSI on the Device Healths screen for your Floodlight Cam and Video Doorbell. The RSSI will give us a measure of the wifi signal strength that your device is receiving.
