My video door bell only records some actiy

Recording should always show in the Ring app event history. Please check your Protect Plan subscription status, as well as your Ring device connection. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.

Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device, and try viewing these videos when logged in at Ring.com. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
