Video not loading

When i get a notification of motion at my front door, when i click the notification it shows the picture attached.

any ideas please and thank you

Hi @TheSideKick943. The screenshot you posted looks to be from a video processing on the Event History Timeline after your Doorbell has finished recording it. If you tap on a motion alert while the motion is still occurring, it should activate the Live View. If you tap on the motion alert after the motion has ended, you may see this screen.

Normally the video should only take a moment to process, but this may take longer if the Doorbell doesn’t have a strong or stable wifi connection. You can verify the strength of the wifi connection to your Doorbell by checking the RSSI on the Device Health page.
