Video not being recorded message

Hi, I already have the ring protect plan from my initial device. Recently I’ve added another camera in my garage, but now every time I open the app I get an annoying message at the bottom of the screen telling me my videos are no longer being recorded (after the free trail period from when I installed the garage additional camera). How do I stop this please?

Hi @user44484. If you have the Ring Protect Basic plan, it will only apply to one device. You would need to get another Ring Protect Basic plan for the new Camera if you want to have access to video recording from that device. Otherwise, you should be able to dismiss the notice when it appears if you do not intend to purchase a plan for this Camera.
