video not available

I have a ring doorbell 2 and a chime pro. They are both online with a good signal strength and there are no problems reported on the health reports. The video doorbell is not recording any video. It is marked video not available on the timeliness. Also it is not detecting motion or providing motion alerts. I have not been able to find any problems What is wrong and how can it be fixed? Yesterday morning both devices were working just fine. Some time yesterday afternoon or evening they stopped working properly.

Mine does this couple times a month. Everything looks great, it should be recording but basically is dead. No live view no history.
I have to take the unit off and press the orange button and basically re add the device. Takes about 10 minutes and it’s really awesome. Love it when you go to work and it decides to stop working all day long.
Take it off and re ad the device.
