I have installed a second Ring doorbell. I have the video subscription for the first Ring- can I use this for recording of the second Ring?
Hey @car4806. Do you have a Basic or Plus plan for your first Ring device? A Basic plan will only cover one Ring device, so you will need to buy another Basic plan to cover this second device. A Plus plan covers all devices at one location, so if you have the Plus plan and the 2nd device is at the same location in the Ring app, the Plus plan will cover it. Please note that all new device setups will have a Plus trial for a month, so you’ll need to ensure you purchase another Basic plan if you had that before, which is most likely the case for you.
