I have been issues with my spotlight cam. It records motion and events but will not show the video. The siren feature will not work but the light feature will. I have tried to uninstall and start over installing like it was a new device. Changed router settings and even tried connecting to a different account and guest account. Still no luck. I’m hoping someone has been through this and can advise
