Video interference lines

troubleshooting
I have started to get interference lines at night on a hardwired video doorbell 2. I also have a battery video doorbell 1 on another door working fine. Device health looks ok. Power OK. I have reset via the ap makes no difference. I've seen an earlier thread from last year that doesn't appear to have been solved. Any ideas? Picture currently unusable at night ![image|690x364](upload://lGFG7RMaOGvaaDXuBUsPgyiX5lA.jpeg)

Hi @user29425. You can also try a factory reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, after which the Doorbell should flash blue for a moment. Then you must reconnect it to your wifi, because the reset will cause it to go offline. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance.
