why can I only view video for 180 out of the year?
Hi @pehicks51. Videos are not kept indefinitely, they are kept for as long as your Video Recording Length is set for while you have an active Ring Protect plan. The maximum length of time for video storage is 180 days, depending on which country you are located in. If there are any videos you want to save past the Video Recording Length that you have set in the Ring app, make sure to download them.
