I’ve had my Ring Video Doorbell Pro with Ring Chime Pro for over a year. Recently video began freezing. I’m trying to test the health of the unit, but really am in over my head. So far, this is what I’ve checked: RSSI-65. This is the share link to view the video. You can see my mailman approach then only hear him: Ring #AlwaysHome

Hi @mcdanielth. Thank you for sharing that video example. When video is freezing like this, it’s often due to a connection issue. An RSSI of -65 is a bit on the higher side, which may indicate an unstable connection. If possible, you can try moving your Chime Pro a bit closer to your Doorbell Pro if there is an outlet available.
