Video dorbell stuck in boot loop

Hi! My video dorbell seems to be stuck in boot loop for the third time since I bought it. Wa hat can be causing this? Last two times I ended up taking it off the wall and doing a hard reset, but can't be bothered doing this all thw time. It just keep flashing blue light and can't connect it at all to it

Hi @Aloootka. This could be due to a poor wifi connection. In the Ring app, what is the RSSI registering under the Device Health tile? This [Community post](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) about RSSI will help explain that value that your are seeing. I hope this information helps!
