Doorbell won’t go into setup mode
Hi @Shewter1. If you purchased a battery-operated Doorbell, you’ll want to make sure the battery has been fully charged for at least 8 hours before setting it up. Try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s complete, attempt to set it up in the Ring App again with the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t do the trick for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a closer look at this for you and help you get your Doorbell up and running.
