Video Doorbell Sound

When I go live or watch back a recording hte sound only plays for about 10 seconds but the vidoe is longer than that. Why do I stop hearing sounds

I used to have the same problem with one of my cameras. For me, it was a Wi-Fi issue. Your issue maybe Wi-Fi related too. Even though I had a strong RSSI value of 48, the data stream was poor. And, even with a good (low) RSSI signal number, a strong signal connection doesn’t necessarily mean a good connection. Sometimes the camera would be fine, and other times I would have audio problems, difficulty connecting to “Live-View”, sometimes recorded “Black-screen” videos, etc. Turns out that I was getting a lot of Wi-Fi interference from multiple sources, including my nearby neighbor’s routers.

I hope something here helps you. You might not have to do everything I did, but I believe that you need to improve your Wi-Fi some.
