After a Reset button push, and many failed attempts to reconnect. My question is as follows:
Can I just go thru the setup process again to make that connection?
Note: I DID NOT remove the Doorbell from MY account, it still shows on the Dashboard as being “offline”
Hi @user58587. Yes, you can reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi while it is still on your account. This Help Center page will show you the steps on how to do so. I hope this helps.
