Video Doorbell Pro trying to update firmware but not on network yet

Deleted my Video Doorbell Pro when adding a new transformer. Now trying to add it back on the network. However, it goes into the firmware update mode before I get a chance to add it to the network. Times out then repeats the firmware update attempt. Over and over.

Hi @WilliamD. Here is what I suggest. Remove the Ring Pro from power for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, reconnect to power and allow the startup process to complete. Next, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release to perform a reset on the Ring Pro. This should allow the Ring Pro to enter Setup Mode. Let me know if this works for you.
