Help please, for some reason my phone will not show doorbell notifications even though they are turned on in settings,Just stopped working a day ago and can not figure out why

If you have an iOS device, you can find troubleshooting steps for notifications on iOS devices in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices) and for Android devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices). Check out the steps in the appropriate article based on what device you have and let me know if that helps resolve this notification concern for you. :)

      I am using Android and I tried all those steps before putting on here, I think you will find it's an issue with your update.Will it be resolved quickly?

        @GaryD Since you're using an Android device, I'd also suggest checking this list of [Android apps that conflict with the Ring App](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) in case you have any of those downloaded. Also, what is the make and model of your smartphone?

        Can you lot not ever admit when your software update is to blame instead of offering useless info! Ring were very quick to get a new update out to sort the problem.
