All of a sudden my video doorbell doesn’t show up in the app when using my iPad. It acts as if there is no device and wants me to set it up again. If I am using my phone, which is android, signed into the same account, the camera shows just fine like it is supposed to.
why is it doing this? Is there a way to fix it?

I recommend logging out and logging back into the iPad and ensuring you are logged in with the same email address and password you had on your Android phone.
