Video doorbell: it stops working after the lighting question

Every time i start the bell, it does the same. It ask of where the lighting is on the bell but the lighting goes off after that step. And i start it on again, it start of the beginning again. Idk what to do? Does it not connect to the wifi or something???

Hi there, @Sinan! Depending on the model of Video Doorbell you have, this may be due to power. Please ensure the battery is charged fully, if battery powered, or ensure power is sufficient, if you have a Video Doorbell Pro. Feel free to confirm which model Doorbell you have.

When the device is in setup mode, the Ring app should instruct you to connect to the Ring setup access point, found in your mobile device wifi settings/ list. Once you complete this step and return to the Ring app, does the setup process continue?
