Video Doorbell Issues-many at once

Video Doorbell issues- all hit since yesterday. I have no wifi issues and all other ring devices work properly.

  1. Live Video either wont show or randomly shows.
  2. Black screen when trying to look at recorded live video. But if I scroll through with finger, i can actually see some footage.
  3. Video Timeline events says “this footage is unavailable.”

Hi @user26927. What specific model Doorbell do you have? What version of the Ring app is installed? Does this also happen on Ring.com? In the Ring app, under the Device Health menu, what is the RSSI for this Doorbell? This information will help determine how to approach this concern. Thanks, neighbor!
