Video doorbell horizontal lines

Can anyone tell me what causes these lines in between motions ? It happens more at night but also intermittently throughout the day. It’s frustrating as my elderly neighbours are having problems with their door being rattled at night and each time I check the camera the image below is what I see.

Hi @El. If I'm not mistaken, I think you are referring to the [Snapshot Capture feature](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature). This allows you to fill in the blanks between Motion Events. Another important callout I see is the glass window to the left. This could causes excessive motions due to the glasses reflective nature. I would recommend adjusting your [Motion Zones](https://community.ring.com/t/feature-update-customizable-motion-zones-for-battery-devices/13965) accordingly. I hope this helps!
