Can anyone tell me what causes these lines in between motions ? It happens more at night but also intermittently throughout the day. It’s frustrating as my elderly neighbours are having problems with their door being rattled at night and each time I check the camera the image below is what I see.
Hi @El. If I’m not mistaken, I think you are referring to the Snapshot Capture feature. This allows you to fill in the blanks between Motion Events. Another important callout I see is the glass window to the left. This could causes excessive motions due to the glasses reflective nature. I would recommend adjusting your Motion Zones accordingly.
