I have three devices one front camera one back camera and one video pro doorbell. I know it’s not an internet issue because my two cameras in the front and back yard stay online but my doorbell goes offline. Why would this possibly be happening?
Hey @Jewelz. When you go to your Device Health page of the Ring app, does it show you anything about a poor connection or a poor power output? Have you reached out to our support team about this concern as well? Our support team can take a deeper look into your device the next time it falls offline to see what could be the cause for this.
