My Video Doorbell Elite was functioning a few weeks ago when it was installed. It suddenly stuck in white light as shown in the photo.
I have tried pressing the reset button many times to set it up again on the app. If i try to press the doorbell button nothing happens. Also, in the app it says the device is offline. Internet source is via ethernet(POE).
Has anyone resolved with the same issue? Thanks a lot.
Hi @user29271. If your Doorbell Elite is not responding and has a solid white light stuck on, try the following steps:
- Verify you are rebooting the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.
- Power cycle your Doorbell by shutting off the power to it for a minute and then turning it back on.
