Hi @KAR1. First I would try a different USB cable and perhaps a different outlet to see if maybe just the USB cable has gone bad. Additionally, you can reset your Ring Video Doorbell by pressing and holding the Setup button for 20 seconds, then see if it will allow a charge.If those steps do not work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
