This was working until yesterday. I have fully charged the battery and it’s connected to a solar panel. Another camera is connected to the same wifi. Now the doorbell remains offline despite pressing the orange button. Is it likely that the unit has malfunctioned?
Hi @Vrajeshr. If your Doorbell is offline, you have to reconnect it to your wifi following the reconnection process. If that fails try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. You will also want to factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then try reconnecting it to your wifi.
