Video Doorbell 3 switched to battery power from wired

Our Video Doorbell 3 is now not running on wired power and has switched over to battery. It has been running on wired power for the past year and we noticed recently it switched to battery.
We have checked our power and nothing isn’t out of order. How do we switch it back to wired power?

Hi @user82602. If by checking your power, you mean you have verified there is power at the wires going to the Doorbell, that is an excellent first step to have taken. If there is power at the wires and it is still not detecting being hardwired, try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your wifi. If you have tried this additional step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
