Is any one else experiencing their video doorbell camera 3 constantly loosing signal & going off line until it’s manually rebooted? I have been having this issue for months now, contacting Ring many many times on this issue & still no success in stopping the drop outs. Have wired in an access point, nearer to the camera, so it’s not signal error/weakness causing the issues. It’s sometimes dropping out 3 times a day. Apparently there is a known issue & to date still no fix for it. So my advice is save your money & fix a chocolate teapot to your front door. It’ll be much more reliable. It is hardwired for power, battery is holding charge very well, firmware up to date. Not at all impressed with this set up 😡

Ring are aware of a random problem causing dropouts, they are looking into it. Frustrating I know, as we buy to be protected, yet the cameras are sometimes just ornaments.

Hi neighbors! If your Ring Doorbell 3 or 3 Plus are frequently dropping offline, the first step is to check your Doorbell's [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4). The RSSI is a measure of the strength of the wifi connection that your Doorbell is receiving. You can also find more wifi troubleshooting tips and tricks in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020044511-How-to-Make-Wifi-Work-For-You).
