Video Doorbell 3 Compatibility

Hello,

I have a Rittenhouse Model 227 (10v) internal doorbell, this specific model is not on either the compatible or incompatible lists, but Model 220 is on the compatible list.

How do I know whether this internal doorbell will work with the Video Doorbell 3?

Hi @WEH. The Rittenhouse Model 227 is not on my list of compatible chime kits. I suspect because it is a 10v kit, instead of the required 16v. I would advise to not connect your Doorbell to this circuit until you’ve installed a compatible chime kit. I hope this information helps!
