Hi @user32221. If the battery is draining more quickly than expected, this could be due to various factors such as the weather, the number of events your Doorbell records, and the strength of the wifi signal. You can find more information and troubleshooting steps in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405531384468-How-to-Fix-Unexpected-Battery-Drain-in-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) Help Center article. If you've tried the steps in that article and the battery is still draining quickly, you can try a full reset of your Doorbell after inserting a fully charged battery. Hold down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Monitor the battery life from there, as well as how many events your Doorbell is recording each day.
