I am tryin to enable night vision on the newly bought Video Doorbell 3, there is no way in the settings to enable this…and during live view, it doesn’t seem to work. I have tried to do a hardreset as well and I cannot find a way to enable it.

The night vision on a Ring Video Doorbell 3 is a feature that is automatically enabled, which is why you do not see it as an option in the Ring app. Since you have tried a reset of your Doorbell and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further assistance.
