Video Doorbell 2020 stopped working

Video doorbell 2020 stopped working after about a month and a half of working
-tried restarting router
-tried pushing orange button on back and nothing happens
-tried charging with USB cord provided - the ring light never came on
What is wrong?

@LotZ . Did you get your Doorbell working? My one stopped recording / playback on 5th May. I have gone through all the loops including updateng the firmware without a resolution.
