Video Doorbell 2 will not connect to network

My Ring 2 has lost connection and will no longer connect to network.

  • I have charged the battery fully.
  • I have tried to re-set by pressing the black button on the front
  • My WiFi is on 2.4ghz
  • I have switched off and re-booted broadband

Is there anything else I can try?

Hi @Vmw105. I would try to bring the Doorbell as close to the router as possible. Once you’ve done that, reset it by holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds and then release it. Allow the Doorbell to reboot and then follow the steps listed in this Help Center article here! Let me know if this works!
