Most videos (or at least half) taken by my video doorbell 2 freeze within seconds but the audio continues as normal.
I made a call to customer service and restarted the device by unscrewing and taking the cover off and pushing the button, but it has not changed. Firmware is up to date. It’s wired into the house and the Wi-Fi strength is RSSI -51.
I searched and found similar topics but no solutions.
Hi @RCR97. As a test, connect your device to a WiFi hotspot that is right next to it. If the video no longer freezes, we’ll know that the concern is with your network. If that is the case, try changing your WiFi channels as mentioned in this Help Center article here. Let me know how this goes.
