doorbell sees network, asks for password and then displays setup failed. Blue light continues for about 10 seconds after that and then screen comes up with four balloons asking what light flashes. Removed battery to attempt reset and repeated multiple times with same result. Any suggestions?

This will go over what settings need to be reconfigured on your router in order to allow the Ring Video Doorbell to connect to it properly. After making sure you have the proper ports and protocols addressed, let me know if you’re able to successfully connect the Doorbell to your wifi!
