Our Video Doorbell2 video recordings have horizontal lines during night vision, during the day the videos are clear
Hi @user40352. Try rebooting the Doorbell in the Ring app using the steps listed here. The reboot will take a few moments. If that doesn’t clear this up, I’d recommend trying a full reset of the Doorbell by holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate for 20 seconds.
