I have a doorbell 2. It has worked perfectly since I installed it 2 months ago. I just installed a stickup cam and spotlight cam on my deck. Ever since I have stopped getting alerts from my doorbell. It records but doesn’t alert. The two new cams work fine. Any suggestions?
Hey @dharrell. If you are no longer receiving the alerts you are needing, you may want to look into the settings to ensure this is still on. In the Ring app under Devices > Ring Video Doorbell 2 > Ensure that motion alerts is turned on! If this is turned on, please remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone, and then reinstall the Ring app. From there, make sure to trigger your Doorbell to go off and record, and then make sure you are getting a notification that flows suit.
Worked perfectly. Easy fix.
