Video Doorbell (1st Gen) Steady Solid Light Blue Light

Fully charged battery, will not connect, nor reset with orange button. Have tried holding reset for 10, 20, 30 seconds, and shorting the top four pins (10, 20 & 30 seconds) with a screwdriver (light goes off and when released it comes back on).
Now what?

Hi @user75815. Holding down the setup button for 20 seconds should factory reset the Doorbell. From there, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If possible, bring your Doorbell near the router when trying this step. If you run into an issue during the setup process, we have some troubleshooting steps here that may help.
