We are trying to set up our Ring Video Door Cam (peephole model) and the light is not spinning on the front. There is no light at all and the batteries are fully charged. Hard reset has not worked. Please help! We are using our iPhones.
Hi @Binky1. If pressing the setup button does not let the Door View Cam enter setup mode, you might need to contact our support team to help get you up and running.
