Additionally, check that the [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) used by Ring devices are open on your network. If you need assistance reviewing your router or network settings, your internet service provider should be able to help.
