Video capture is filtered pinkish in daylight

My 3 month old Ring Doorbell Pro is acting up today. It is giving me the pink color in the captured video in daylight. Does anyone know why? This is so annoying


maybe the IR filter is stuck. I couple of things to try:

  • try power cycling the PRO to see if it will reset the filter.

  • try a torch and shine it into the lens (not too close) at night to see if it will cause the IR filter to switch.

  • try toggling Colour Night vision off/on.

  • reset camera and install again.

  • contact support if none of these work :slight_smile:
