See attached video. Why is it going this and how do I make it stop?
Hi @CKonfrst, from the looks of your GIF, it looks like your Doorbell is having troubles adjusting to the brightness outside. Sometimes this can be fixed by performing a soft reset of your device. If you can, please locate the setup button for the Doorbell and press and hold this down for 30 seconds. After this, it will reboot itself and from there I recommend to observe the Doorbell’s videos to see if it continues to do this. Let me know how this goes!
