I recently had 2 thieves tried to break in to my house at Night. I received motion alert and checked the Live view. Well When I looked at the recording after they ran away, Looks like it’s a Ghost or X-Ray video. I cannot identify faces or can give it to police. Doorbell 2 is on a Wedge on Black uPVC door. How do I resolve this issue. I regret buying this doorbell now. Video link below.

Hey @MasterYoda! The night vision looks to be working as intended based on the areas lighting, displayed in the shared link. Of course, the first step to optimal video quality is great network speeds and signal strength (RSSI). Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on improving connection.
There is also the option of adding light to the entry way area. Illuminating the environment can greatly help a lens adjusting in low light conditions. I hope this helps!
