SO this has been happening a week after we installed in December.
This certainly should not happen, @irochfo! Red vertical lines is very unusual to see on video. Try bringing the Video Doorbell inside as a test to not only improve signal but try out different lighting. The next best step is to perform a reset by holding the Doorbell setup button for 20 seconds.
